Raj is an Enrolled Agent (EA) who is federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is very active in his community and devotes time to several charitable organizations. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the Georgia Association of Enrolled Agent. In addition to providing tax service to his clients, Raj consults with clients on various business matters including business valuations, buying, and selling businesses, key employee incentives and has extensive experience in management consulting.

Kruti spent several years in public accounting firms in Georgia where she had extensive experience with income tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations, including having worked with several multi-state business clients. She has experience with a wide range of businesses and professions, including Hospitality, Restaurants, Healthcare, Retail & Wholesale, Real Estate and other professionals.
Kruti earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Wisconsin Parkside (Accounting Major) and Master of Accountancy degree from the Gujarat University. She has been instrumental in assessing her client’s needs, developing solutions to meet and exceed those needs and oversee the implementation of the plan, for the benefit of the client.
Hinal Desai is a tax partner with more than 7 years’ experience in public accounting. She has experience providing tax services to individuals, business owners, and high-net-worth clients on income tax. She worked several years in public accounting firms in Georgia where she had experience with income tax, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations and several multi-state business clients.
Rutva Patel is a tax partner with more than 9 years’ experience in public accounting. Rutva is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Georgia and earned Master’s in Finance from India. She is an active member of the Georgia Society of CPAs as well as the American Institute of CPAs. She has experience providing tax services and financial advice to individuals, corporate executives and multi state small business clients on income tax.
